A Machine Learning Framework for Optimized and Reduced Experimentation in Cell Culture Process Characterization
My MIT Leaders for Global Operations thesis, developed with Amgen. Hybrid mechanistic and machine learning models matched standard prediction accuracy in process characterization studies while using 54 percent fewer experiments.
